Indication

A supportive blend of 100% pure Orange, Lavender, Geranium, Cypress, Jasmine & Rose essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with PMT & menopause including mild mood swings & hot flushes; relief of menstrual cramps, mild anxiety symptoms, fatigue & sleeplessness.

Ingredients

Orange (Citrus Sinensis) Fruit Peel
Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) Herb Top Flowering
Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens) Leaves
Jasmine (Jasminum Officinale) Flower
Rose (Rosa x damascena) Flower

Direction of Use

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
