Designed for children 12 months and over, it provides a source of vitamin D, vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA). Available in easy-to-open, twist-tail, soft gel capsules, this mild lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil with DHA is pleasantly unfishy.
1 – 3 years: take 1 capsule per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Twist or snip off tail or pierce capsule and add to food, drinks or serve on a spoon.
4 – 8 years: Chew 1 capsule per day.
9 – 13 years: Chew 2 capsules per day.
14+ years: Chew 3 capsules per day.
Under 12 months: On the advice of a healthcare professional only.
Capsules should be chewed and not swallowed whole.
