Restricted to the Northern Table Lands of NSW, the Strawberry Gum, also known as Eucalyptus Olida, is a rare and attractive tree that grow to 20metres with grey green leaves and large white cluster of flowers. The leaves are highly aromatic with a strawberry aroma. Thought to be a good source of antioxidants.

Great added to a herbal tea or iced tea blend, also can be used in cakes, jams, desserts as well as savoury dishes.
