The Better Nature Magnesium Bath Salts is a unique formula containing 100% naturally sourced herbal, fruit and plant based ingredients to relax and revitalise the whole body.

Used for making a relaxing and invigorating body soak, pre or post sporting or any other physical activity. It is also suitable as a feet soak.

Direction of Use

Pour 1 lid or 3 tablespoons of Salts into the bath tub while the water is still running. Mix well, soak body for 15-20 minutes.

To soak the feet only, pour 1 tablespoon of Salts into foot bath. Mix well and soak feet for 15-20 minutes.
