Indication

Strawberry flavoured Be Calm tablets have been especially formulated for children who exert high levels of energy which can lead to potential dietary deficiencies. It is made with a range of meticulously selected minerals which are designed to help overactive children, who are unable to concentrate properly during the day. It also helps with nervousness, irritability, poor sleep patterns, nerve pains, and is a muscle & nerve relaxant.

It typically caters to children between the ages of 1 and 11.

Chewable tablets. Alternatively, they can be crushed and dissolved in water & can be taken alongside other medications.

Ingredients

Ferr Phos (Ferric pyrophosphate)
Kali Phos (Potassium phosphate)
Mag Phos (Magnesium phosphate)
Silica (Silicon dioxide)

Direction of Use

The recommended dose is 1 tablet four times per day, when possible 30 minutes away from food.

It is best to stay on the Tissue Salts for at least 1-3 months and visit your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
