A stimulating blend of 100% pure Lemon, Peppermint, Lime, Geranium, Grapefruit, Ginger & May Chang essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with digestive discomfort including flatulence, heartburn, indigestion & gastrointestinal pain.
Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
