Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
(rich in antioxidants and vitamin C)
- 1/2 ripe banana
(for natural sweetness and creaminess)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
(provides iron, calcium, and other nutrients)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
(high in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber)

Instructions:
1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and measure them out. If using fresh spinach, wash it thoroughly.
2. Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk, blueberries, banana, spinach, flaxseeds, and collagen powder (if using).
3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a bit more almond milk and blend again.
4. Taste and Adjust: Taste your smoothie. If you like it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend again until mixed well.
